Returns accepted within 40 days, issued as a gift card only.

We cannot offer size exchanges during the sale due to fast-moving stock.

Dispatch & Shipping

Please allow 7–10 days for dispatch during the BFCM period.

Orders are packed and shipped in chronological order.

Express Post speeds up Australia Post’s transit time only, not our dispatch time.

All orders ship from Gold Coast, QLD 4220.

If you need your order by a certain date, we strongly recommend choosing Express Post.

Christmas Delivery Cut-Offs — 2025
To give your parcel the best chance of arriving by Christmas, please follow the recommended Australia Post cut-off dates.
Orders placed on the final cut-off days must be in by 10am AEST so we can pack and dispatch them the same day.

We will still be posting orders daily and will get orders in the post right up until midday Christmas Eve, however can't guarantee orders placed will arrive. Below is Aus post guidelines.
