Returns & Exchanges

• Items purchased during the BFCM Sale are not eligible for refunds.

• Returns accepted within 40 days, issued as a gift card only.

• Final Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged or issued a gift card.

• We cannot offer size exchanges during the sale due to fast-moving stock.
  You can return for a gift card and repurchase if stock is available.

Editing Orders

• Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes.

• Please double-check items, sizes, address and shipping method before checkout.

• We will always try to help if something goes wrong, but changes are not guaranteed.

Dispatch & Shipping

• Please allow 7–10 days for dispatch during the BFCM period.

• Orders are packed and shipped in chronological order.

• Express Post speeds up Australia Post’s transit time only, not our dispatch time.

• All orders ship from Gold Coast, QLD 4220.

• If you need your order by a certain date, we strongly recommend choosing Express Post.

• Our showroom is closed for in-person shopping during the BFCM sale.

• You may still select Pick Up at checkout — please wait for your Ready for Pick Up notification before coming in.

Christmas Delivery Cut-Offs — 2025

To give your parcel the best chance of arriving by Christmas, please follow the recommended Australia Post cut-off dates.
Orders placed on the final cut-off days must be in by 10am AEST so we can pack and dispatch them the same day.
