Where are you located?
We are located on the Gold Coast where all our orders are processed and sent from. Although we don't have a shop front we attend The Village Markets at the Burleigh Heads state school on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month.

Can I purchase your items in store?
Olas Supply Co. Is based online only, we have taken the hassle out of going in store and you shop online at the click of a button. We do have a few wholesalers along the east coast. Please visit the wholesale tab to find out more.

Can my delivery be sent to a PO Box?
Yes, through Australia post we can post your item/s to any PO BOX within Australia

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do ship worldwide, although estimated delivery dates will vary depending on what part of the world you are in, please contact us via email if you are after more information regarding a specific country.

How true are the garments colours?
Garment colours will be reproduced as true and accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour and size specifications can sometimes occur. Please also note that the way the colours appear on screen is also a result of the settings and colour calibration of your monitor.

How do I know my order has been placed successfully?
You will know your payment has been successful if you receive an instant order confirmation email detailing your order. Once your order is packed and dispatched, we will send you another email with a unique tracking number and a link to the Australia Post website where you can track the delivery of your order to your door.

What is your ladies sizing like?

Our sizing is fairly standard and we go off X Small-6, Small-8, Medium-10, Large-12, if you are enquiring about a specific item please email us for more information at hello@olas.com.au


Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied upon receiving your order or simply change your mind you are free to return an item, as long as the item is in new, un-worn and in un-used condition with all tags attached within 7 days for a full refund (excluding sale items), if you require us to post an exchange a $6.95 delivery charge will be applied to cover the postage costs, please search exchange postage on the search bar below to find out more. OR an extra $5 when your order is over $90

International Orders

USA and Canada - $23.00 AUD (7+ business days)
New Zealand -  $19.00 AUD (5+ business days)
United Kingdom - $29.00 AUD (6+ business days)

Orders are shipped from the Gold Coast and will be delivered by Australia Post.
