Frequently Asked Questions

If you need help, we have a list of frequently asked questions and answers. If you do not find the information you are looking for please email us hello@olas.com.au and we will help you as best we can.

Where are you located?
We are located on the Gold Coast where all our orders are processed and sent from however we do not have a pick up location, all orders placed will be sent via Australia Post. We attend The Village Markets on the first and third Sunday of each month and sell in a variety of stores along the East Coast, to find out more check our stockists tab.

Can my delivery be sent to a PO Box?
Yes, through Australia post we can post your item/s to any Po Bo within Australia.

Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to a number of countries around the world, although estimated delivery dates will vary depending on what part of the world you are in, please contact us via email if you are after more information regarding a specific country.

Is my parcel insured?
We are not responsible for loss or damage of your parcel once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Australia Post will leave your parcel at your shipping address if there is a letterbox or they believe there is another safe place, however if you would like to add insurance or a signature on delivery please contact us prior to making an order and we can arrange this for an extra charge. 

How true are the garments colours?
Garment colours will be reproduced as true and accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour and size specifications can sometimes occur. Please also note that the way the colours appear on screen is also a result of the settings and colour calibration of your monitor.

How do I know my order has been placed successfully?
You will know your payment has been successful if you receive an instant order confirmation email detailing your order. Once your order is packed and dispatched, we will send you another email with a unique tracking number and a link to the Australia Post website where you can track the delivery of your order to your door.

What is your ladies sizing like?
Our sizing is fairly standard, if you are enquiring about a specific item please email us for more information at hello@olas.com.au


Returns & Exchanges

If you have purchased the wrong size, don’t stress! We offer exchanges up to 30 days after your item has arrived. Please contact us via email at hello@olas.com.au

If you do require us to post an exchange please include a return postage bag inside for your exchange to be sent back to you in. Please email us for the full return address at hello@olas.com.au.

If for any reason you are not satisfied upon receiving your order or simply change your mind you are free to return an item, as long as the item is in new, un-worn and in un-used condition with all tags attached within 7 days of receiving the item for a full refund, or 30 days for a credit voucher (excluding sale items).

**Please note we do not accept returns on items that have been purchased with a discount/promo code, from the markets or items on sale for a refund, however you may exchange the size if needed or we will happily return for a credit note

Standard Post (2-5 business days) $7.95

Express Post (1-3 business days) $9.95
OR an extra $2.95 when your order is over $120

International Orders

USA - $22.00 AUD (7+ business days)
Canada - $25.00 AUD (7+ business days)
New Zealand -  $16.00 AUD (5+ business days)
United Kingdom - $25.00 AUD (6+ business days)


**Delays may sometimes occur beyond our control and we will advise you if this happens where we can.

Orders are shipped from the Gold Coast postcode 4220 and will be delivered by Australia Post.
