RETURNS POLICY
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase and are issued as a gift card only.
Full refunds are available within 7 days of receiving your order.
Final Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged or issued a gift card. This includes items purchased in our end of summer sale.
Exchanges can be processed via our return portal. All new exchange orders incur a $9.95 fee shipping fee. NB: If an exchange item becomes unavailable at any time, a credit will be issued.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, tags attached.

Once your return has been approved, we’ll send you a link to generate your return label.
If you added Redo at checkout, your return shipping is covered. If not, you’ll be able to purchase a label directly through the portal.
After generating your label, you’ve got 5 days to send your parcel back our way.
Once it arrives at HQ, please allow 2–3 business days for our team to process it. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your return has been finalised.
Editing Orders
Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee any changes.
Please double-check your items, sizes, shipping address and delivery method before completing checkout.
We’ll always do our best to help if something goes up sideways - but changes are not guaranteed.
Dispatch & Shipping
Please allow 1–3 business days for dispatch.

Orders are packed and shipped in chronological order.
Selecting Express Post speeds up Australia Post’s transit time only - it does not fast-track dispatch.
All orders are shipped from Gold Coast, QLD 4220.
If you need your order by a specific date, we strongly recommend selecting Express Post at checkout.
