RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns lodged within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit.
Full refunds are available within 7 days of receiving your order and must be processed through our returns portal within this timeframe.

Returns
- Returns can be lodged within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit.
- Full refunds are available within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Once approved, you’ll receive a link to generate your return label.
- After generating your label, returns must be sent back within 7 days.
- Please allow 2–3 business days for processing once your return arrives back to HQ.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
Exchanges
- Exchanges can be processed through our returns portal.
- A $9.95 shipping fee will be invoiced to send the new item/s back out to you.
- Exchange stock is only secured once the shipping fee has been paid in full.
- Your exchange order will be shipped once your returned item/s have been received back to our head office.
- If an exchange item becomes unavailable at any time, a store credit will be issued instead.
- Selecting the $3.95 Free Returns & Shipping Protection option covers the return shipping back to our warehouse, not the $9.95 shipping fee for new exchange orders.
Free Returns & Shipping Protection
Selecting the $3.95 Free Returns & Shipping Protection option at checkout covers:
- Return shipping back to our warehouse
- Protection for parcels lost or damaged in transit by Australia Post. (Theft after delivery is not covered by Shipping Protection.)
If this option was not selected at checkout, return postage will need to be purchased through the returns portal.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. Please take care when trying on your items, as garments that are marked, soiled, washed or damaged will not be accepted.
Sale Items
Final Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged or issued a store credit. This includes items purchased during promotional or sale periods.
Editing Orders
Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee any changes.
Please double-check your items, sizes, shipping address and delivery method before completing checkout.

Dispatch & Shipping
Please allow 1–3 business days for dispatch.
Please allow 7–10 business days for dispatch during sale and busy periods.
Orders are packed and shipped in chronological order.
Selecting Express Post speeds up Australia Post transit times only - it does not fast-track dispatch.
All orders are shipped from Gold Coast, QLD 4220.
If you need your order by a specific date, we strongly recommend selecting Express Post at checkout.
Click & Collect is available from our Burleigh Heads showroom. Orders are usually ready for collection within 24hrs, but during launch and sale period please allow some extra time. Please wait for your “Ready for Pickup” email before coming in.
